- I'm an electronic engineer with a PhD in Medical Image Processing (Imperial College - London). I was the president of the Brazilian Health Informatics Association for 4 years, and the IMIA-LAC representative for other 4 years or so. At the moment I am IMIA Treasurer, the coordinator of the Brazilian TC on Health Informatics Standards and also, jointly with Peter, co-chair of this Task Force.
For a living, I'm the president of Zilics Health Information Systems, a small Brazilian company that does only that: Health Information Systems.
