- Luis Fernandez Luque is a PhD student at Norut focusing on technology and services for personal health care systems. He finished his master degree in Computer Science in the University of Sevilla (Spain) in 2006. Before starting his PhD in Norway we had been working in several eHealth projects in the University of Sevilla (Robotics & Computer Technology for Rehabilitation Laboratory), Sadiel SA and the TSB-Itaca Institute in Valencia. He has taken part in implementing various technologies for eHealth, and been involved in several European funded projects.
